Help Shape the Future of Child Care Facilities Funding in Sonoma County

First 5 Sonoma County has partnered with the Low Income Investment Fund, a national Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that supports thriving communities through investments in affordable housing and child care facilities. We would like to learn more about the needs of early care and education (ECE) child care providers operating across Sonoma County.

We invite you to share your insights in our survey about the current conditions of your child care center or home and your interest in expanding to serve more children in the future. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you for participating, you may enter your email address at the end for a chance to win a $100 gift card in a random drawing!

You may have already completed an intake form for the Renovation and Repair grant for Sonoma County. Completing this survey will not affect your existing grant application. It is also not connected to the ECE Workforce One-Time Payment initiative. The information you provide will help to ensure that funding meets the needs of child care programs in the County.

This survey is designed to be completed by owners or directors of individual licensed or license exempt child care centers and homes. If you own or manage multiple child care programs, please complete separate surveys for each site or forward to program directors for responses specific to each location. All responses will be kept anonymous.

The survey is open now and will close on March 27th.

Thank you for helping to build a stronger child care system in Sonoma County!
