First 5 Sonoma County is inviting moms and birthing parents who live in Sonoma County and have a child under 3 to take a short survey about their experiences during pregnancy and early parenting.

The survey asks about things like:

  • Your health and any health challenges
  • Mental health and emotional support
  • Health insurance and access to care
  • What support you had during pregnancy and after birth
  • What it’s like to be a mom with a young child in Sonoma County right now.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete and can be done on your phone. Your responses are anonymous.

Your voice matters! The information we collect will help First 5 Sonoma County decide how to use Measure I tax funding to better support parents and families like yours. We want to understand what is working, what is hard, and where more support is needed.
