Community partners and educators meeting and collaborating as part of funded partner programs through First 5 Sonoma County

Early Identification & Intervention System: Community Visioning Session

First 5 Sonoma County invites health providers, early childhood development professionals, and community partners to share their vision for a stronger early identification and intervention (EII) system for young children and families in Sonoma County.

Together, we’ll learn about the great programs and services in our county and how our current system operates, and explore ways to strengthen coordination to make the system more accessible and seamless, particularly for families on the margins. This is a collaborative learning and visioning space, and we invite you to share your experiences, expertise, and perspectives.
