Early Relational Health Consortium Meeting

To all the Sonoma County organizations serving children aged 0-5:

Join us at our September Early Relational Health Consortium meeting. This group of health care and social service providers convenes to collaboratively advance efforts that support strong early relational health, especially the everyday interactions between children and their caregivers and the environment with which they are learning and growing in our community. All are welcome to share ideas and ways we can build bridges for strong collaboration and easier access to supports for families with young children.
