experiencia en el dise\u00f1o, la implementaci\u00f3n y la evaluaci\u00f3n de programas comunitarios orientados a promover la equidad econ\u00f3mica y racial. Se especializa en investigaci\u00f3n cualitativa, metodolog\u00edas participativas y pr\u00e1cticas de evaluaci\u00f3n culturalmente pertinentes, que sit\u00faan en el centro las voces y experiencias de comunidades hist\u00f3ricamente marginadas.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Antes de asumir su cargo actual, Monica particip\u00f3 en la evaluaci\u00f3n de varios programas piloto de ingreso garantizado, entre ellos Abundant Birth Project y Black Economic Equity Movement. Tambi\u00e9n form\u00f3 parte de un equipo interdisciplinario de la Universidad de Stanford que evalu\u00f3 iniciativas locales destinadas a reducir la inseguridad en el acceso de las familias a necesidades b\u00e1sicas, como alimentos y pa\u00f1ales.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Monica posee una maestr\u00eda en Salud P\u00fablica de la Universidad de San Francisco y un doctorado en Bienestar Social de la Universidad de California, Berkeley.
