The First 5 Sonoma County staff is in full support of the message of Black Lives Matter. We invite all of our partners, as individuals and as organizations, to commit with us to examine our own unconscious bias and racism and the part we play in perpetuating the systemic factors that underly and directly contribute to the suffering, oppression and discrimination of Black and Brown individuals, families and children across our country and here at home in Sonoma County.
