Meeting Agendas may be accessed at https://first5sonomacounty.org at least 72 hours prior to all Community Advisory Council meetings.

ADAPTACIONES RAZONABLES
All meetings shall be accessible to the Community Advisory Council and staff members with disabilities and members of the public with disabilities. To request accessible materials, auxiliary aids/services, or sign language translation services to participate in the meeting, please contact Margaret Wong at mwong@first5sonomacounty.org or call First 5 Sonoma County at (707) 522-2020. Providing a request at least 7 (seven) business days before the meeting will help ensure availability of the requested accommodation. Any requests received after this date will be given prompt consideration, but logistical constraints may not allow for their fulfillment.

The public may speak at this meeting during the periods for public comment. Individuals who wish to address the Council in-person may do so at the lectern when invited by the Chair.

1) By no later than 5:00 p.m. on the weekday prior to the scheduled meeting, e-mail public comment to Margaret Wong at mwong@first5sonomacounty.org, with the agenda item identified in the subject line, OR
2) Use the link to access the meeting and address the Council remotely during the periods reserved for public comment on each agenda item.

Written comments may be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on the day prior to the meeting to Margaret Wong at mwong@first5sonomacounty.org. Each communication should include a subject line identifying the specific agenda item being addressed. Such materials will be distributed to members of the Council prior to the beginning of the meeting.
