Kelly Bass-Seibel oversees the marketing, development and strategic partnerships for the Petaluma Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, serving patients in Southern Sonoma County. Prior to her role at the Petaluma Health Center, Kelly served as the Vice President of Public Policy at the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, overseeing the Chamber’s advocacy and workforce development efforts. In her tenure at the Chamber, Kelly has played a pivotal role in the creation of the Santa Rosa Young Professionals Network, as well as the creation of the Chamber’s award winning Mike Hauser Algebra Academy and widely recognized WHEEL (Worksite Held Employee English Learning) program.
In previous roles at Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, Kelly oversaw a redevelopment of the Chamber’s website, served as the staff liaison to the Community Relations Division, and helped to manage the Chamber’s brand image.
A Southern California native, Kelly is a graduate of Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Art History, and a minor in Arts Management. Her professional experience includes working as the Logistics Director for the California Traditional Music Society and working with local schools and Sonoma State to develop educational programs for children and young adults.
Kelly has been named to “Forty Under 40” by both the North Bay Business Journal and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and was an Educational Fellow for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Kelly serves on the Cradle to Career Operations Team and also volunteers as a province director for Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity. Kelly is a proud alumnus of Leadership Santa Rosa. Kelly currently resides in Petaluma with her husband, Pat, and her daughter, Riley.
