Madahí brings over 15 years of dynamic leadership experience in the human services and nonprofit sectors, with a specialization in trauma-informed practice and family support systems. She is passionate about enriching, empowering, and enabling family resilience through meaningful engagement, reflective practice, and culturally responsive leadership.

A Certified Wellness Counselor and bilingual professional, she has earned multiple leadership accolades, including the 2016 SPA 7 L.A. County Community Leadership Award. Throughout her career, Madahí has demonstrated a profound commitment to advancing health equity and supporting marginalized populations through innovative program development, grant writing, and strategic team leadership. Her work with at-risk families and vulnerable demographics – including immigrant communities, LGBTQ+, and communities of color has consistently resulted in measurable outcomes reflected in community transformations.

In her free time, she finds joy in reading, performing arts, as well as adventuring in the outdoors from hiking to scuba diving, and gardening. She also cherishes cooking for others as an expression of love while listening to records.
